PRE CARPET PHOTOGRAPHY
Concept: Twisted Fairytale
The British Fashion Awards, a key fashion event of the year, championing British designers. The shoot draws on traditional fairytale elements, the forbidden apple, sewing machine and flowing fabrics that set the scene for gothic storytelling. Set against old corridors, with scenes of dressmaking, the sewing machine becomes a symbol of transformation, blurring the line between fantasy and reality, with a reworked David Koma piece. The shoot reflected the BFA’s values of celebrating creativity and innovation, where beauty is found in reinvention.
Concept: DIRTY MARTINI
Taking cues from the dirty martini aesthetic, olive tones, wet-look hair and sculptural draping create a mood that feels sleek, seductive and slightly undone. Dressed in Deme Love and Bvlgari, the concept combines sophistication and edge, setting the tone for Glamour Women of the Year awards.
Concept: The making of Frankie
Attending BAFTA with Lancôme, wearing a custom Suzanne Neville accessorised with vintage Dior, we documented the design journey of Frankie’s look through to the event night. Getting ready with Lancôme, femininity and beauty were the focus. Soft blur, pastel shades and vintage elements framed the shoot. Classic and timeless.
Concept: london OR paris?
London or Paris? explores the space between two style identities. A custom Selezza design from the brand’s Paris showroom is paired with floral accents, elegant gloves and an Audrey Hepburn-inspired fringe, balancing couture romance with effortless sophistication. Accessories from iconic French fashion houses Chanel and Saint Laurent reinforce the Parisian influence, while a luxury hotel setting framed with tea and toast introduces a distinctly British charm. The result is a playful dialogue between two style capitals, where Parisian romance meets London sophistication.
Concept: The suite escape
Exploring the tension between performance and freedom. Set in the suite of The Dorchester Hotel, surrounded by luxury, with diamonds, oysters and bridal inspired dressing by Sept. The concept highlights the push and pull between being on show and hiding away. Roaming corridors, dressed up with no where you’d rather be, than home.
Concept: Sculpturally aware
Sculpturally Aware is a study in shape, exploring the relationship between fashion and form. Inspired by the sculptural artworks and architectural lines of a London landmark hotel, the story celebrates form through exaggerated proportions, dramatic puff sleeves and an elongated train, creating a visual dialogue between garment and environment. A study of modern elegance.
Concept: Liquid form
Embracing the balance between fluidity and structure. Rich berry tones bring depth and intensity throughout the shoot, while sleek silhouettes and sculpted cut-outs contour the body with precision. The interplay of movement and form creates a modern expression of femininity. Sophistication redefined. This shoot drew on flexible creativity, capturing the behind the scenes via Meta glasses.
Concept: Rising Star
Behind the Scenes of Vanity Fair, Rising Star Awards with Bafta and EE. This shoot captures clean lines and precise tailoring, a study in shape and simplicity, while doe-eyed beauty references the timeless allure of Hollywood’s golden era. Ordering room service and eating noodle soup and fries, whilst waiting to attend an award show explores the journey between glamour and the mundane.
